Processing purposes
Personal data is processed for service provision purposes in accordance with article. 6.1, section b) of EU regulation 2016/679 and for any other legal requirements.
Data processing and storage methods
Processing takes automated and/or manual form in accordance with the provisions of article. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and national security laws by specially appointed individuals, pursuant to the provisions of article 29 of GDPR 2016/679.
Note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, and pursuant to article. 5 of GDPR 2016/679, users’ personal data is stored for the period of time required for the purposes for which it has been stored and processed.

The data provided by users during registration is processed solely for the purposes of providing the following services: monthly mailing lists and access to restricted areas and specific applications (help desk, event registration). Personal data of administrators
Users are hereby notified that the names, telephone numbers and email addresses of Camera di Commercio di Varese office heads are provided on the site for the sole purposes of implementing the administrative transparency principles set out in the general administrative procedure regulations.
