The proposal presented by our chefs aims to identify the beauty of the location with the culinary choices. Slow food products, zero kilometer, ancient recipes and the search for combinations that recall the past. From the simple but particular polenta of Mantegazza (historic mill of Malnate) to the combination of frozen grapes and "Tete de Moine" cheese with a particularly intense aroma but extremely delicate on the palate.
